Description of Work: Scott did a home inspection for a home we were purchasing. It was one of the best home inspections we have ever had. The report had pictures of the issues, explanations of the problem areas, and easy to understand written report. We used the report to explain to contractors what was needed to repair our problem areas. We would have Scott back anytime again.

+ 4 moreI've worked with many general contractors over the years on several remodeling projects. Seth was great. He's very customer satisfaction oriented and very willing to change the plan on the fly without gouging you. He has 2 full time employees that can perform all the trades on small jobs, and he has ready access to subcontractors to get the larger jobs done in a timely manner. The overall workmanship is professional and competent.
Description of Work: Eliminated AC soffet to make 8 ft ceiling, and remodeled master bedroom/bathroom (complete floor plan change). This work required significant demolition, complete AC redesign, framing, electrical, plumbing, exterior concrete block changes (windows), drywall, trim, and finish.

+ 3 moreSeth was a pleasure to work with, easy going and professional. The project started and finished on time (approximately 3 months). There were no extra labor charges after the initial estimate, though the allowances for cabinets and some other items were a little lean, causing us to run over by about 10%. Seth and his crew do most of the work themselves, and when he subcontracts, it's only to people he knows and trusts to do the quality of work he would do himself. I would definitely hire Arizona Homeworks for another project.
Description of Work: Completely gutted and rebuilt approximately 1/3 of interior of home. Moved walls, HVAC and plumbing for 3 bedrooms, bathroom and laundry room.
