They inspected the outside & inside of the house and sprayed for insects. Because they didn't initially find the colony (which can apparently move quickly), they had to come back two additional times within a one week time period. We were covered for 30 days, so this wasn't a problem. The company was very responsive and sent someone out the same day I called. Once they located the colony, the problem was fixed.

I called to get an estimate on termite extermination. The person who answered the phone told me that someone would call me back to set an appointment within 30 minutes. Four hours later I still had not received a call so I called back. I was transferred to the cell phone of the technician working in my area and I left another message which was never acknowledged. It has now been four days since my initial call and I still haven't heard from them. I called another company and got assistance with my problem right away.

His price was about $60 higher than the other contractor, but I decided I liked his thoroughness, because he wanted things moved out of the way in a shed so that the concrete slab it is sitting on could be drilled as well, rather than just skipping that area. (The shed is right up next to the wall of the house). Because of all the preparation that we needed to do before the work could be done (moving 17 years worth of stuff out of the way in the garage, for example), I postponed the appointment once. But Don was very agreeable. The young man who came to do the work was pleasant and on time and cleaned up after himself. Good experience all around. Will buy yearly protection from them once our warranty is coming to an end.

I don't think I will ever use a different exterminating company! Our service tech. is great! He always has all the answers to any ''bug'' questions we may have, and on more than one occasion, he has fit us into his day to come by and tell us what type of bug we have sealed in a container. He has all the answers to make us feel comfortable, being we are new to AZ, and I would much rather he deal with the critters than I! Our tech. also did a great job on sealing our home, and in the eyes of my daughter, he is a super hero!

Terrific! Really nice, professional service. We originally arranged to have someone come out on a Friday, but that day the agent called and said he was running late. He was very apologetic and offered to come over the weekend, if we preferred. So he came on Sunday! We received a 50 dollar discount from Angie's List site and another 5% off for paying for the entire year up front. Basically, we're paying 50 dollars a month. I'm very happy with that, if it means I'll stop finding scorpions in the house. And you know, I haven't seen a single one since our initial treatment. Yay! But if I do, AZ Exterminating will come right back out again.

Excellent. They came out next day to give the estimate and were there the day after to perform the service. Completed in less than 2 hours.

The inspector/estimator returned my call in a timely manner and made an appointment for the next day. He arrived on time and found one active tube of termites coming up from the foundation in the garage. He gave us a price of $688 for the whole house with a one year guarantee. We were given a one hour window of time for the actual treatment appointment, between 7 and 8 am. The exterminator, Raoul, was on time, very polite and helpful, and finished the work professionally and very quickly. I recommend this company.

They were professional, friendly, and on-time. Overall, the experience was great.

The salesperson and technician were knowledgeable and courteous. However, the cost of service was very expensive, although company offered 5% discount and $50 off coupon.

After initial difficulty setting up the visit (some my fault, some theirs), the technician was very polite and fast.

HAVING TERMITES IS A PAIN, BUT ARIZONA EXTERMINATING WAS GOOD AT COMING OUT NUMEROUS TIMES TO DO DRILL. THEY WERE PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. WOULD RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE TO OTHERS.

THEY COMPLETED THE JOB IN A TIMELY MANNER, CLEANED UP THE PROPERTY ADEQUATELY AFTERWARDS. THE TERMITE INSPECTOR EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THOROUGHLY AND PROVIDED LITERATURE ON THE CHEMICALS USED.

PREVIOUSLY USED ANOTHER COMPANY, BUT STILL FOUND MULTIPLE SCORPIONS AND SPIDERS THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE. AFTER THE INITIAL SERVICE FROM AZ EXTERMINATING, WE HARDLY FOUND ANY TRACE OF SCORPIONS FOR MONTHS. IF A SCORPION WAS FOUND, WE WOULD CALL AZ EXTERMINATING AND THEY WOULD COME OUT THE NEXT DAY. THEIR CHEMICAL IS SAFE AROUND OUR CHILDREN AND THE ENVIRONMENT.

THE SALESMAN THAT CAME OUT TO THE HOUSE WAS EXTREMELY PATIENT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. HE EXPLAINED IT TO US SO THAT WE COULD UNDERSTAND AND MAKE A PROPER DECISION ON WHAT WE WANTED TO DO. AT NO TIME DID HE PRESSURE US TO USE HIS COMPANY. ONCE WE DID SIGN THE CONTRACT, THEY DELIVERED. THEY WERE THERE RIGHT ON TIME WITH A FULL CREW AND DID A GREAT JOB DOING THE WORK, AND THEY RETURNED THE AREA TO WHAT IT LOOKED LIKE BEFORE THEY BEGAN THEIR WORK. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WITH TERMITE PROBLEMS. AND, BY THE WAY, WE HAVE NOT SEEN TERMITES SINCE.

RARELY HAVE BUG PROBLEMS BECAUSE OF THEIR SERVICE. ANY TIME I HAVE CALLED BETWEEN MY APPLICATIONS (PROBABLY ONCE IN THE SUMMER/MONSOON MONTHS) THEY DO COME OUT THE VERY NEXT DAY AND TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM (USUALLY ANTS). FRIENDLY AND DEPENDABLE.

THEY ALWAYS COMMUNICATE WELL AND ARE RESPONSIVE IF I CALL TO COMPLAIN ABOUT AN ITEM. THEY JUST DON'T SEEM TO BE AS THOROUGH AS I WOULD LIKE THEM TO BE AND I HATE CALLING FOR REDO'S ON MY SPRAYING. THEY ALWAYS COME ON TIME, WHEN REQUESTED.

THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT, AND RELIABLE IN THEIR MONTHLY SERVICE. THEY HAVE COME OUT TO ATTEND TO OTHER SPECIFIC EXTERMINATING NEEDS WITHOUT CHARGE.

THE COMPANY PROVIDES AN PROFESSION SERVICE AT A REASONABLE FEE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

WORK WAS DONE VERY QUICKLY AND NEATLY, WITH LITTLE OR NO EVIDENCE OF DRILLING INTO FOUNDATION AND CONCRETE SURFACES. NEATEST JOB OF ANY OF THE TERMITE REPAIRS I HAVE SEEN.

DEPENDABLE, TRUSTWORTHY, AND WILL COME OUT ANYTIME AND RESPRAY IF NEEDED. I HAVE USED THEM FOR 8 YEARS.

I'M NOT SURE WHAT JIM DOES THAT THE OTHER PEST CONTROL COMPANIES DON'T DO, BUT SINCE I HAVE HAD AZ PEST CONTROL, NO BUGS IN MY HOME. HE IS WILLING TO WORK AROUND MY SCHEDULE AND THE PETS LOVE HIM.
