Arizona's Best Garage Door and Repair Company

I thought everything was wonderful as I have used AZ Gauge Door for fixing a broken spring and installing a garage door opener in the passed. Now the spring that was fixed broke and now I am told that there warranty policy on the spring would have been covered but they did not replace both springs last time and for their warranty (that I am learning about now, not when they came the first time) to be effective they would have needed to replace both. Very upset because now I am having to pay for the service again and all they are willing to discount is their service charge. I feel like it should be their service charge and one of the springs for their lack of communication. Manager said that the technician no long works for them and has no idea as why this was not explained to me at the time of the first service in 2019. I dii ok by either yet I am the one that must pay the price for their lack of communication.

Excellent Service, again! Responded the same day to replace a broken original garage door spring. Communication in-person and through text was timely. COVID-19 protocols were followed.

Arrived within 2 hours of phone call. Confirmation of driver on the way included notice that a 2020 background check was conducted on the service rep . Nice touch. Phone person responded to my questions, but got the impression the person didn’t want to be on phone call long. Felt rushed. Made me think twice about whether I was speaking to an employee or an answering service. Questioned whether I made the right call as to which company I called. Service rep who came to house was very professional to deal with. He answered my questions with excellent explanations & detail when selecting make & model of replacement. He gave me 4 quotes in different LiftMaster models. He was knowledgeable & experienced. He was polite and respectful about Covid mask, always being on when speaking with the customer. I told Jay that the company is lucky to have him. There software did not transmit correctly to my email. Jay’s said had a detailed summary of costs for each model. When I went into my email to review the quotes, only the grand total showed on my end. Jay seemed surprised that happened. Thought someone should look into that at the office. We would highly value the cost break-out of the charges for our financial records. An idea for company is to have a small pamphlet available which describes the choices to be made in selecting a new garage door opener for the next 20 years in your house. The web-site has it, so luckily I reviewed it before I arrived. It was not a $300 investment, but over $600. Making the right decision counts in the years ahead.

I called prior to the service and received an estimate. They were able to set up an appointment for the same day. I got email and text confirmation giving me the time and a picture and biography for the technician. Erich arrived as scheduled and I appreciate that he was wearing a mask and kept his distance. He asked me some questions and assessed the job. The work to be done was at the high end of the estimate range. I had received a few quotes from other places and it was in line with the other quotes. He finished the job quickly and professionally.

It went pretty good. Technician Erich Strache showed up on time. He has lot of patience. He explains everything after work is done. Even though we dont want him to explain, he wont leave you. He keeps explaining so u wont walk away. He did a great job. I had an issue. He came out and fixed it. Not their fault. I am satisfied.

Excellent customer service and response. They came at the last minute late on a Saturday after another Phoenician contractor stood me up on a promised service call. They squeezed me in and were able to fix the problem at a fair price. No attempt at upselling and no games. They did what they said they would do and we professional, communicative and efficient. I was very impressed with Arizona's Best Garage Door and Repair Company from the get go. I submitted a claim for Arizona's Best services (late at night and after normal working hours) and within minutes I received a phone call from Irene, inquiring whether I had an emergency. I was pleasantly surprised to get Irene's call and was able to schedule a service call for the following morning. Initially, I needed the garage door sensors to be adjusted and a tune up of the garage door. Unfortunately, the minor repair turned into replacing the garage door opener since the existing one was almost 20 years old. I ended spending more than I anticipated on what I thought was a minor repair but my house is older and things are beginning to break down from normal wear and tear. Arizona's Best replaced the old garage door opener and thankfully offered me discounted price due to an ongoing deal. Jay was the technician who performed the job. He arrived within the two-hour window and was courteous and professional. I appreciate that he took the time to answer and explain what was he was doing whenever I had a question. I would definitely recommend Arizona's Best and will hire them again if needed. I am all about customer service and timely responsiveness and Arizona's Best gets high marks for these.

It went very well. The technician was cordial and professional. The job was done in 25 minutes. The door operates nicely. I rated the price a 'C' because the company quoted me between $175 and $250 when I described by door and springs, yet I believe they had no intention of charging me less than $250. They really ought to admit up front that it will likely cost $250 in order to establish realistic expectations.
