Really enjoyed meeting with the team at Aristotle Air today. Turns out we’re going to need a new air conditioning unit this summer for our commercial business. Thankfully we know what we need and where to buy it from

Met with Cathy and Teresa at Aristotle air today. They were super helpful and educating me on how to regularly maintain my air conditioning unit on my older home. They definitely recommended that I should maintain my unit by getting regular tuneups twice a year once in before the summer and then once in the fall.

The two techs (whose names escape me) that replace replaced the AC and heater system were both highly professional and extremely skilled in their work. The whole process start to finish, took significantly the last time than I anticipated. They both were exemplary at their job.

It was excellent work. I do not remember them being late. It went real well and the got it in during the summer. It only took them a couple of hours and explained everything . They had to come back and showed me how to use the new thermostat.

A/C went out in the middle of the hot summer. I called them on Saturday morning and said I could get by for one day if there were other more urgent clients. They tried to still accommodate me on Saturday, but in the afternoon said they called me and said they were pretty busy and if Sunday morning would work. I was fine with that. They came out on Sunday for no extra charge. Ended up needed about 2LBs of freon. The tech checked my other system while out recharging my first one. Very professional and most important they kept in communication with me. I will check them out when I look for new replacement units this winter.

The Aristotle Air technician, Frank, was very professional, thorough, and friendly. He performed the annual A/C checkup on my Trane air conditioner. He seemed very thorough, and didn't seem like he was in a rush (like I have had with some other HVAC companies before during the busy summer season). The technician found low freon level, which he filled up (it only needed 1 LB, which was complementary for the first LB with the 21 point A/C Checkup). Frank also noticed the outside coils very extremely dirty (he showed me), and he then proceeded to clean them. Afterwards he covered the status of what he found, and asked if I had any questions. I appreciate the fact that he took the time to explain any questions I had (especially since my A/C is 19 years old, so I had some concerns). He took the time to answer each of my questions, and did not rush anything nor did he try to up-sell any service. I definitely appreciate Aristotle Air / Frank's great service, and definitely plan to use them again next year for my annal A/C checkup (or if needed sooner)!

We've been using Aristotle for several years because there is no more honest and ethical business in the AZ area. They are extremely reliable and honest, they do superior work, and they never do anything that increases their service call unless a customer absolutely needs whatever they identify. On more than one occasion, Arisotle has bailed us out. Once we had a lose wire in our attic that was effectively shorting out our A/C unit. They found it within minutes, restored our A/C unit, and didn't charge us anything beyond an inexpensive house call! We tipped the technician who had saved our Saturday by getting our home AC back to normal very early in the day and turning a potential all-day search/repair into a 30-minute visit. He couldn't understand why we would tip him for "saving" our Saturday. Someday when we leave the AZ area, this vendor will easily be the vendor we'll regret "losing" more than any other vendor we've ever worked with in the 20+ years we've been in AZ. The owner and everyone is super pleasant to work with. The evaporate cooler overflowed. Usually when they come out they don't charge us.

They came in on a Sunday and were very professional. They stayed here like for two and half hours to make sure that the air was running properly. I was impressed with them too. My landlord made the payment. I was very pleased with them.
