+ -1 moreHe is a perfectionist and does a fabulous job! The final price was less than the quote. He left me a how-to guide on how to take care of the floors. He is a charming, sweet guy. I would definitely use him again in the future and would recommend him to others.
Description of Work: I was going to redo my floors with wood, and I pulled up my carpet and there was solid oak floors underneath. He sanded, finished the wood, and varnished it.
