All of our experiences with this company have been positive, and our most recent was no exception. The plumbers arrived and started about their work fixing the various plumbing problems that we were faced with. The old intake water gate valve on the hot water heater was leaking (in addition to the hot water heater itself), and had to be replaced and was updated with a nice lever valve. The copper flex tubing was in poor repair and needed replaced and it ended up that the new hot water heater was shorter and more round than the old one (we purchased at a local box store) so they had to redo the flex tube and wiring. These are all things that weren't unexpected due to aging parts and product improvements. There weren't any hidden costly surprises. Everything was straight forward and all work completed with quality and timeliness. We are pleased with the quality of work, product provided, and that our issues were fixed without any "sudden" finds, which is a concern when you have a loved but aging home. They were respectful of our home and courteous as they went about their business. This is a very professional company with fair pricing. There is a standard service call fee, but that is common. They aren't out to rip you off. They want you to remember them and use them with any of your plumbing needs. As mentioned, we have used them previously, feel lucky that they were recommended to us, will use them again, and highly recommend them.
