 + 0 moreSadly, All Round doesn't have the professional courtesy to return calls or follow up with potential clients. The visit for the estimate went great - Dave was friendly and helpful and we talked through our first-priority project as well as options for several other home renovations we were considering. After that - he disappeared. It has been OVER THREE WEEKS and we haven't heard back regarding our estimate. We were looking to spend anywhere between $8,000 and $20,000 depending on which projects we were going to move forward with, but he fell off the face of the earth. I left a voicemail on his cell phone after a week and a half - no response. Called the office number and left my name and number and was told he would call me back that afternoon when he got back. No call. So we spent nearly two hours of our time talking through projects and then three weeks waiting for a response. Needless to say, I won't be choosing All Round.

Description of Work: All-Round Construction was the contract installer for Pella Windows of Scottsdale. They installed replacement Pella windows throughout our house. All-Round installers were timely, efficient, and attentive to detail, and we were pleased with the customer care they gave to this large project. We would recommend them for window installations.
