All My Sons Moving & Storage of Mesa

I used this company and I was first told $500… I ENDED UP BEING CHARGED $2200!!!!!!!???? Also, they stole some of my items! I had a feeling because when I was paying the driver pulled out a black and pink pocket knife that was mine and quickly shoved it back in hoping I didn’t see but I didn’t want to make any accusations until I unpacked my boxes! But it’s true, I am missing things that were very important to me!

The move itself went well and the two workers that actually moved my belongings were great. I also want to give them props because they actually came to move me on short notice after another moving company here in the valley had to cancel our move at last minute due to a truck breaking down. I was actually quite grateful that they were able to help at such short notice and Austin Went the extra mile to be sure that we were taken care of on such short notice. Now the reason for my complaint.. when I received the final bill I was shocked that moving items equal to a one bedroom house cost $564 to move. They charged me $50 for the use of a roll of shrink wrap with the I actually purchased myself from U-Haul. Even after I brought it to the attention of the gentleman I spoke to on the phone about the charger He didn't believe me that it was our shrink-wrap even though I had pictures of it to prove that it was colored green and they do not use green colored shrink wrap at All My Sons Moving. they also charge school for packing material when my entire place was packed before they even got to the store so I'm not sure what they actually had to pack. Even though the Mover works hard I would have to say to stay away from this moving company unless you are explained every single charge prior to the move. There seems to be a lot of hidden charges And that is not the way to do business. They also put a large scratch on my dining room table. That I was willing to overlook because they worked very hard. I would have given them an A+ overall had they not been dishonest about the shrink wrap Fiasco. Nothing is more important than honesty and they blew it in that department as far as I'm concerned. would not hire them again.

Several pieces of furniture had damage.....leather scraped on loveseat, scratches on wood furniture. Took twice as long and cost twice as much as estimate. Moved 15 miles and had much more damage than we had some years ago with a 2000 mile move.
