concrete repair
+ -1 moreaggie is a great person to deal with- friendly, full of suggestions, and did a great job with the installation. while the price was fair and the work very good, we have had a horrible time getting either he or his son eric to follow up and check on potential problems. it takes 2 or 3 or more emails (and perhaps a phone call ) come out- despite the fact that his crew is in the neighborhood on a regular basis. we needed a key to lock up the timer box, a cactus fell, a wet spot appeared, and so on yet i had to continually request service. we met two of our neighbors yesterday and they have had the same experience.
Description of Work: we purchased a new home in canta mia in the estrella foothills section of goodyear. since aggie was the landscaper for the area, we used him to install our yard

+ -1 moreTHEY CAME IN 50% OVER THE ESTIMATE. NO COMMUNICATION DURING CONSTRUCTION AND NO CHANGE ORDERS. LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM.
Description of Work: WE WANTED THEM TO DO THE FOLLOWING CONCRETE WORK: RETAINING WALL, BUILD FIREPLACE, POUR CONCRETE SLAB, BUILD STEPS AND CREATE A DRAINAGE SYSTEM.
