+ -1 moreThings have always gone very smoothly with Randy and his assistant James. They measure and give an estimate, then get going. They use steam cleaning with an extractor that is outdoors, sucking all the dirty water back out of the carpets. They are damp when finished, but dry within a few hours. We have found that this kind and quality of carpet cleaning leaves the carpets much cleaner than the ''Chem-Dry'' method. No residue is left in the carpet to attract dirt. I just checked out Randy's website, and you can even do an online estimate there. Randy's a very enterprising individual, sending out monthly newsletters and doing a very good job of advising and educating his customers.
Description of Work: Randy comes to our house twice a year and does whatever carpets need cleaning. He also does area rugs and upholstery.

+ -1 moreRANDY IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PROMPT. HE MEASURES AREA AND CHARGES BASED ON SQ FEET OF CARPET. HE SPRAYS CARPET THEN USES MACHINE TO REMOVE. HE GETS THE CARPET VERY VERY CLEAN. IT'S EXPENSIVE BUT WORTH IT IF YOUR CARPETS ARE VERY DIRTY.
Description of Work: CLEANED OVER 1000 SQUARE FEET OF CARPET. APPLIED STAIN GUARD PROTECTION OVER ENTIRE CARPET TOO

+ -1 moreTHEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB CLEANING CARPETS. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND INFORMATIVE ON WHAT TO USE ON STAINS. I HAD A BAD STAIN SEVERAL MONTHS LATER AND HE EXPLAINED OVER THE PHONE WHAT TO USE. THEY SEEMED PRICEY FOR CARPET CLEANING.
Description of Work: CLEANED ALL CARPET IN 3800 SQ FT HOME, CLEANED 6 X 8 FT AREA RUG, AND REMOVED SEVERAL STAINS.
