Great product and good price. Frank was extremely professional with regards to scoping the project and providing a solid explanation of the product. We decided to go with him because we needed a new soft water loop installed, and he was the only contractor who proposed an alternate path to getting to the unit in the garage (our water service entry is on the opposite side of the house from the garage). Plus, his data showed that his product is superior to the competition we were looking at. We did strongly recommend that he get "blue stake" certifications completed in advance of the installation, because the lines were to be buried in the ground, but he assured us that it wouldn't be necessary. So we scheduled the installation and then, after Herman spent a couple of hours trying to dig, learned that it would be necessary to use a trencher. This ultimately led to getting the blue stake certifications that we had suggested in the first place, and caused several days' delay for everyone. Herman, the installer, was always prompt, and polite, though less than friendly and evidently not well-accustomed to working in the heat. The product is great, and the price is very competitive, but we would encourage Frank and Herman to err on the side of caution and seek blue stake clearances any time the customer's project involves digging more than a few inches with a hand tool.

A++++ I found this company through Angie's List. Have been very pleased with their service. Now they contact me annually for the yearly check up and maintenace of my R/O filtration system and my water softener so it keeps all working well. So happy to find them!

Excellent . We have used them for our yearly R/O filter change. Our outrageously expensive water softener did not seem to be working correctly and could only be repaired by 1 company, not independent companies. We decided to remove it and replace it with the unit used by advantage pure flo because we have always appreciated their honesty.

Good, fast install. Only con would be that it was programmed so quickly, and only a few features pointed out, also so quickly that we're not comfortable knowing how it really functions. Little paperwork was left which explained anything. Guess if we have any major questions, we'll just have to call, but I'm not real happy about that. Still gave good ratings though.

great. either get a new R/O system or service the one I had. Frank suggested the technician come out and take a look. He felt servicing my old system was good which I agreed with and he saved me a lot of money

I picked this company from Angie's List, never dealt with them before, to move a soft water tank and reconnect after the replacement of a 75 gallon hot water heater. I talked to Frank, he was at his home and on the roof. I explained what I wanted said he would call me back shortly. He did call me in about 10 minutes. He explained they were closed on Saturday and asked what the issue was. I explained my dilemma stating that on Monday morning a plumber was to deliver and install a hot water heater. A home warranty company was handling this but would not pay to move the soft water tank for access to the hot water heater. Frank asked me questions as to the type of soft water system and particulars of the unit. I sent him photos of the unit. He called back and explained to me in detail how to disconnect the tank myself, step by step. He asked me to call him back after I was done. Frank did call me but I hadn't disconnected the unit as the plumber would now not be out until Tuesday morning. He asked me to call him if I had any questions and to let him know how it went. I am not a handyman so this little job seemed daunting. I disconnected the unit and reconnected without a hitch. Went smoothly and I didn't break anything. Frank did not have to help me in this manner. He could have responded to my original call by sending out a technician on Monday and charged for the visits to disconnect and reconnect the soft water tank. I appreciate Franks help so much. He helped me with no expectation for compensation. I will call his company for any issues or problems with my system, and would recommend his company any time. Thanks very much.

They were really good. These people really knew their stuff. I had three other plumbers come out that didn't know beans about water softener systems, but they tried to act like they did. The wholesaler that sold me my system recommended these people, and they were good. I would give them all "A"s.

Wonder Company which begins with the owner... I called Frank to get a idea of how much the install would be without a pre-existing loop and he was able to ball park it over the phone. I set a appointment with him to come by for a hard estimate and during his visit he explained in detail the system he would be installing. We reached a agreement and scheduled the install. Frank provided in-depth answers to all my questions from maintenance costs to water flow rates over the phone, and the cost he quoted to do the job was exactly what I paid. Herman did a phenomenal job installing the water softener in the garage, the RO under-the kitchen sink and connecting the RO to the ice-maker in the refrigerator. Not only that, he provided detailed instructions on how to maintain the unit. Talon provided further insight on maintaining the system properly and produced real-time water testing results to show the percentage of contaminants removed from the water. Job well done. A+++

This was our second time using Advantage Pure Flo, and again they are great!! Great communication, on-time arrival and everything happened just like it should. I used the Angie's List Deal and even saved some $$.

Arrived on time. He knew what he was doing. He was courteous and neat. He changed the filters, checked the system, and pressurized the holding tank.

the service was efficient, and the cost was less than half of the people who used to service our unit. I stopped using the other service long ago, because I felt that they were overcharging. Pure Flo does not tell you you need filter changes every six months like the other service did. All around a much more honest way of doing business. I will recommend them.

The job went well, he showed up a little late, but called to let me know. When he arrived he was professional and proceeded with changing the filters and then checked our water softener. No leaks or problems with the filter change.

First I spoke with Frank who is the owner and he came out that day to look over evrything and make sure the softner and reverse osmosis could be installed. At first it seemed like he couldn't because there were no drain lines, but he took the time to speak qith the construction coordinator onsite and look at some of the condos that wrlere still being framed and came up with a solution. He was very polite and knowledgable. We fot everything scheduled for my next day off in the morning since he would be doing most of the work in the garage and its summer. His tech came out. He told me his name but honestly I'm not a morning person and I missed it. He was extremly polite and diligent. Got both systems installed and tested in about 3 hours. Showed me everything and even went out of his way to connect a hose in my fridge that the original installers missed. Will definately use again and recomemd.
