+ -1 moreThe scheduler worked with our schedule, sending a tech on a day we needed him. The technician was SUPER efficient, helpful, patient, and kind! He took apart my oven and allowed me to clean as he went, then put it all back together again really quickly. I would DEFINITELY have A & D out again!

+ -1 moreA&D was very friendly and plesant. They explained well what was wrong and had it fixed quickly. I was impressed he was so honest about it being a small thing and didn t try to make more money. It is nice to know they are so honest and reliable.

Description of Work: I phoned A & D. He arrived almost immediately as he was in my neighborhood. He found that I had set a dial incorrectly and no repair was needed. I appreciated his promptness and was only charged for the service call ($45.00).

+ -1 moreExcellent service. The company responded within one day, on time. The technician was personable and competent. At first it seemed clear the pump was not working and that would have been expensive. However, the service man took the time to disassemble the thing and discovered some unusual debris. On removal the machine worked fine. He could easily sold me a job costing hundreds of dollars. I have used this company before and found they always recommend the least expensive alternatives.
Description of Work: They checked out problems with the dishwasher and repaired it.
