Delivery was scheduled for 5/4/2020 when i called to verify delivery I was told they would call the driver to get an ETA and they would call me back. One hour later I called them back to be told there was a problem and they would again call me back. Another hour goes by and I again call back and was told the driver had a family emergency and they would call me back with delivery information. Yet again one hour later I call back and they have no info on delivery and I ask to talk to the owner and was transferred to Matt who said they were still working on it and when asked if it was still going to be today was told no way. Due to the fact sod should be installed within 24 hours of being cut I asked for him to cancel the order and issue a refund. Matt agreed and hung up. On 5/12/2020, a full five business days, no refund had been received. Due to the history of the company not calling back I as they promised i chose not to contact the company again instead filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau on 5/12/2020. On 5/20/2020 received notification from the Better Business Bureau that an inquiry had been sent to the company and they wanted to know if we had been contacted by the company or if the matter had been resolved since they had not had a response from the company. As of 5/20/2020 no credit has been received.
