Owner was very harsh when he spoke to me made me uncomfortable sent his tech to do the work he has never performed before (straight from the techs mouth) the job was not completed I stopped them from returning.

Pro was very responsible, answered all questions we had. Finished much quicker than expected. Just want to say thank you, and would recommend again.

To boot I am all the way out in Apache Junction.My neighbor were all so very impressed with their workmanship.They also took care if all the paperwork. I was in need of a whole new septic system. Shane came out to my property within 36 hours and knew what to do right away. He dropped off the parts the next day and began work right away. There were a couple of minor issues, but he came back and resolved those very quickly. All is great and I'm so very happy to have this new septic system up and running!

Proceed with caution. After Shane Green installed my tankless water heater, it performed defectively. While taking my first shower, the water temperature changed from warm to dangerously scalding hot water without any warning. The day after installation, I requested a service call. Two months later, and over 15 no-shows of scheduled service calls, I am convinced they have no intent to ever show up and fix the problem. I have since hired someone else to fix my tankless water heater and now it works perfectly.

These guys have the best customer service! I reached out to them because my kitchen sink was backing up. They responded quickly and were out the same day. They were able to cable and hydro-jet the drain lines in my home to clear out the blockage. They then did a camera inspection to make sure that everything was cleaned out. They provided me with the camera footage as well to show the drain lines in my home all clean and functioning properly. They were very professional and friendly and made sure that we were taken care of like family. We will definitely use them again as well as recommend them to all of our friends and family in the future.
