Maid 2 Perfection

As an update to my previous review, where services were paid for but not received, I contacted the company dozens of times by phone and email. About 6 weeks later, I received an apology email, along with an assurance that it was a mistake and a problem with their scheduling system. I was promised they would come back out and perform the initial services paid for to make it up to me. A date 2 weeks in advance was scheduled. I was promised they would arrive between 12-4, but couldn't offer anything more specific. They were to call ahead to confirm when they were en-route. I received no confirmation call. 4pm came and went with no contact of any kind, and no show from any employee. I left multiple follow up phone messages, again with no response at all. This company has zero communication skills, a complete disrespect for their customers time (I've now taken 2 days off work to wait around for them), and are extremely unprofessional. I would not consider using them under any circumstance.

Company offered a cleaning special via living social. They were ill equipped to handle the volume of certificates purchased, taking several days to respond to initial service requests, and even then were 2+ weeks out for scheduling service. Owner called me a few days prior to appointment to confirm date and time. After missing their schedule appointment time (no show) by an hour and a half with no contact, I contacted them (no answer, left message) requesting that they reschedule for another time. Over a month has passed and despite leaving them messages every few days, my phone calls and emails are never returned. In addition to not showing up or contacting me, they marked my certificate as used, essentially charging me for the service they failed to provide. Communication from them is non-existent. I cannot comment on quality of service as I didn't receive any actual services from them, but I have to speculate it would be unacceptable as well.
