Steve and his folks are very experienced and produce a great product. Steve was often on site during the different phases of construction and was quick to respond to phone calls and texts when questions arose. Our pool is not quite finished yet, but Iâ m confident it will be done professionally and with great attention to detail.

We needed a major remodel including the repiping of a retrofitted mess. I spoke with 9 companies and got 3 estimates. Holiday wasn't the cheapest but Keith figured out what we needed and got it done in a timely manner. The follow-up has been excellent.

Keith and Steve at Holiday Custom Pools did an outstanding job. They were here to check on the progress every day there were subs here doing work. They actually caught a few issues in progress and were able to quickly get things fixed. I would highly recommend them to everyone!!!

Great company did a great job. We got our dream pool. After they came out originally, we couldn't afford it at the time. We told them that we didn't want to skip any of the features that made it our dream pool and we needed to save for a year. They told us they didn't want to build something we didn't love and did not pressure us to "buy now". After a year of saving we called them back out. They honored the original quote and got the ball rolling. After numerous delays from the mortgage company, they broke ground on May 31st. We filled our pool on July 12th. That is just over 6 weeks. That's amazing. I would and have already recommended them to anyone looking to do a pool project. We dealt with Steve and Keith and both were on point. We lived in our house for 4 years and only went in our backyard to pick up dog poop. Now we try to get out there everyday and family and friend cannot get enough. We have our own paradise in our yard now. Oh yeah, the people that did the pavers did an amazing job as well. Pool info: 84 linear feet Salt water system 2 raised water features In floor cleaning system Pebbletec pebble sheen with opal tile up grade.

If you are looking for a contractor that thinks of absolutely EVERYTHING then Steve is your guy. From pool design to landscaping we have a backyard right out of the movies. We LOVE our pool, our fire pit and BBQ. It's like having a little piece of heaven all to ourselves! If you want a contractor that goes above and beyond, you need to hire Holiday Custom Pools. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. This was our first experience with a total pool remodel. We got multiple bids, but no one even came close to explaining what our options were and how the process would work than Keith with Holiday Custom Pools. Once the project got started either Keith or Steve stopped by at least every other day to make sure it was on track. All of the work crews were extremely professional and showed pride in their work. They all exceeded our expectations. We couldn't be happier with the finished product. This is the only pool remodel company that will stand behind their work.

What a great experience! From the detailed design, to the timely execution, and skilled craftsmen in every trade. Huge job with no major issues. Keith knew exactly what my pool needed to restore and renew it. Very customer friendly and makes sure you understand what pool needs. After pool was finished he made sure the start-up was complete. Real experts.

This company does a fantastic job starting from the very first contact (immediate) and throughout the project. I worked directly with Keith. He was in constant contact and responded immediately to any and all calls I made to him. The quality of the work was outstanding. My pool has never looked better.

Keith Jones provided an in-depth proposal for resurfacing my pool and adding a new filter and water leveler. The sub-contractors they used were very professional, performed high quality work, maintained the schedule and kept the surrounding area clean. The end result exceeded my expectations and was performed within cost. I would highly recommend Holiday Custom Pools to anyone to resurface their pool.

Be careful! Promises going in are easy but you will need to force them to happen. Also be prepared to spend 7 to 8 hours of your own time restoring your yards landscaping because they most certainly won't. Plus they won't pay for broken or damaged yard lights either. Poor customer service. Several contadictions along the way. They make things up as they go that contradict previous statements almost daily.

Every objective was exceeded. The professionalism and craftsmanshi are exceptional from start to finish. I highly recommend this company.

From our first appointment wtih Keith Jones this company was on point. We had a total of 5 different pool contracters out for visits. Our first thought was that we wanted to find out how much this was going to cost and that we were still early in the process and about 6 months out. After a few quotes we decided that we wanted to proceed sooner than later and get this done way before summertime so we can hit the ground running. The other 4 companies made our decision easy as Keith Jones was the only one that kept in touch with us and followed up several times to see where he stood with the other quotes. He wasn't the cheapest but we believe that you get what you pay for, and he knew exactly what needed to be done with the pool not only from a visual point of view for us but also the plumbing/mechanics in order for the pool to work correctly. He incorporated that into the price of the original quote. The other companies didn't do that. We got our money together called Keith and accepted his bid. Then demo came sooner than expected and the project was on. From that point forward Keith was there just about every day to check up on progress and to make sure the work was being done correctly which we appreciatted as we didn't have to deal with the crews much he was there to handle everything from start to finish. This was our first big project at our home so we were a bit nervous at first but keith assured us that we would be happy with the end product. 5 weeks later we have a beautiful pool and deck. I really can't say enough about Keith and Steve they did a fantastic job with this project. These guys have extensive knowledge about new and old pools and I would highly recomend Holiday Custom Pools to any one interested in building a new pool or a pool remodel. The quality of their work is fantastic when considering a project of this sort take that into account. Thank you Holiday Custom Pools!!! The pool looks great and we are ready for summer time now!!! Our recent pool remodel with Holiday Custom Pools was our 3rd experience with something on this scale, having had pools built in each of our two prior homes. I can say without hesitation that this was by far our best experience, both in quality of work and on-site management of the project. Steve was terrific. His attention to detail and daily on-site supervision of the project made sure that the contractors were doing the work properly. Even the smallest detail, if not done to his satisfaction, would be redone. He was catching things I would have never noticed. Also, I really liked his creative suggestions. I wanted ideas I had not thought of and wanted my ideas considered. Steve was very good in this way. Our old concrete cracking deck has been replaced with travertine tile. It is first class work. We also had our old pool finish replaced with high quality Pebble Sheen, and again, these were professional skilled people who knew what they were doing. The transformation is nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend!

Steve Kolb helped scope out the work; John the installer with over 43 years in the business renovated our entire filter system from the ground up including installing a single custom concrete slab to hold motor and filter. Together they represent the best in the business.
