My air conditioning was making a stressed sound on a Wednesday evening and the fan wasn't running. I turned off the unit and called multiple vendors Thursday to get someone out to look at it. A lot of vendors didn't service Maricopa and the ones that did couldn't come out until Saturday at the earliest. These guys were not only able to come out same day (Thursday), but they were able to work entirely around my schedule. When they got there, they quickly diagnosed the problem. Even though they didn't have the correct part, they put a temp (more expensive) part in its place until they could come back on Friday to put in the correct part. I didn't have to pay for the expensive part or the second trip to my house. They were super honest with pricing and with the maintenancing of my unit. I told them that I have never had the unit serviced in the 8 years that I lived there and they didn't try to sell me on any maintenance contracts, new parts, etc. They told me that for its age, it is doing very well and that the next part that may go out is the fan, but not to worry about replacing it until it goes out. Most companies would have jumped at the fact that the unit had never been serviced and tried to sell me on all sorts of unnecessary parts and services. These guys were great and I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an honest company.

I called to get a second quote for some recommended service issues from this past fall and to get the pre-summer service performed. From the time I called to schedule an appointment to the completion of work everything was professional and I was informed every step of the way. Shawn and Will arrived on time and got to work right away. I received a quote that was significantly lower than one of the "larger companies" in the Phoenix area. They explained to me what they were going to be doing and how my system worked. They took pictures to further explain to me what they had told me. They are a new company and they were recommended to me by a friend from work who had a new system installed at his house last month. He had nothing but great things to say about them so I decided to give them a try. I was very pleased and will use them again in the future. It's always nice to find an honest company like this that cares about what they are doing and take the time to educate their customers.
