I have over twenty years experience working in the building trades as a carpenter, and electrician. I have the experience and training to properly inspect your property including speacilized training in home inspections and pool inspections. Essential Home Inspections, LLC prices are based on the square footage of the property, please have that information available when you call for a no obligation quote. Their is a additional charge for termite,pool and spa inspections. Please ask if their are any promos avaiable that you may qualify for. Ron was excellent. He was not rushed. Ron explained everything as we went along from the inside of the home to the attic to the outside of the home to include a surface pool inspection. Ron is a phenomenal individual who provided us with an outstanding appraisal at a great price.
Description of Work: Home inspection (complete) for purchase of 2003 home. Surface in ground pool inspection, operational walk through with professional insight and recommendations.
