Curtis Sawyers is a dedicated professional. Actually came out to look at the our cooler project on Father's Day! He is dependable and does good work which I greatly appreciate. He carefully inspected our coolers which hadn't been maintained in over two years by a previous Property Manager who paid herself her regular management income; while never even stepping foot on our property! Curtis inspected all 32 coolers; some could be 'restored' as opposed to installing all new coolers which saved us a lot of money in our budget. Curtis was quick to respond, very respectful, resolved Our problem in a timely manner, some of which involved coming out during His dinner, & then going to several places, up in Phoenix, to find a hard to find motor, early next morning, to have Our A/C up & running beautifully, all before mid-morning, at no additional charge for any of it, & with a smile on His face.
