+ -1 moreTheir price was OK at first. When I needed them to come back and take care of what they missed they wanted $600. It was for basic maintenance. I was happy with them until they gave me an estimate. They were responsive. I would not use them again.
Description of Work: B R Landscaping Specialists did my irrigation system. They missed two trenches. They came out and gave me an estimate.

+ -1 moreDespite promising to get the initial work done in 10 days to 2 weeks he failed to show up in that time frame. We then started calling him to see what happened over the next 4 weeks. Despite perhaps 4-6 calls over that period we never heard back from him until he finally returned our final call -- over 6 weeks after our initial contact. At that time he simply told us he could not fit us in and would not do the work as he promised. He did say he had not been feeling all that well but was still working and had not gotten to us and now could not do so because of all the planting he had to do for others. I protested that we let our prior firm go based on his promises but it made no difference.
Description of Work: Contacted Billy R. Reed to do regular landscape maintenance on our home. He does excellent work for our neighbor across the street. He came out and gave us a reasonable estimate and indicated he would do the initial cleanup and start the maintenance in the next 10 days to 2 weeks. Since out prior landscape maintenance firm had proven unreliable, we decided to switch to Billy Reed based on his estimates and promises and we so advised the prior firm.
