 + -1 moreTerrible. I can't imagine why a company wanting to earn business would be so irresponsible.
Description of Work: I tried to receive an estimate from this company. I contacted Tim and the first time he was prompt about calling me back. We set an appointment. I waited home the entire day, and he never showed up or called. I called him the next day and he said that "he forgot". We set up another appointment. Again, he never showed and I haven't heard from him since. I have never received worse customer service or experienced such poor business practices. I would be nervous to work with them.

 + -1 moreI called the company and spoke to what I believe it their only employee about a week and a half before the scheduled appointment. I explained the problem and the gentleman seemed to know how to resolve it. Since this problem was urgent I scheduled an appointment and arranged my entire schedule around it. If you can believe it no one ever showed up, never called, nor returned my call. I left a couple of voice messages for this place to see why they were late and whether they needed to re-schedule -- no returned call. I have a feeling this company is either out of business or on its way. Sad.
Description of Work: The job involved repairing an existing sprinkler system.

 + -1 moreI was very pleased with the professionalism. He took the time to go over what he did with me. The price was surprisingly good. I expected to pay more for the amount of work done.
Description of Work: Replaced 4 of the pop-up sprinkler heads, inspected the system, and made other various changes.
