James and his wife are both retired military. We received a response and an estimate the same day. It took a week for the glass to arrive and was installed within 24 hours. Great service ethic, pleasant to work with them, friendly, couldnâ t find a more reliable company. James even took the time to fix another window that we were having problems with opening and closing. I highly recommend them for any window replacement or glass project.

Promise Glass and Doors was the first contact to respond to my request for a quote for residential window glass replacement. James and Laura proposed a solution for energy efficient IGU glass panels to replace my blown seal glass panels for less than 1/2 the cost of a total window frame and glass replacement. From measuring, to a quote, to installation of the new glass, took less than two weeks. Very happy with the whole experience, and will be contacting James and Laura for additional glass work after the new year

James with Promise Glass and Door is such a pleasure to work with. He and his partner do such wonderful work. They put their heart, soul, and sweat into their work. We had them out prior to work on some tough sliders were had and they fixed them right up. They flew open with a tap of a finger. We did not have them do this one as we were going to replace with French Doors, but alas it is not time to do that yet and this slider just completely stopped working. They were very flexible with the arrival time as I was having my mother in the hospital having surgery. This door of mine was quite the hard challenge, but they did not give up and persevered and finally got the door off to discover we needed a new track and let us know what was also causing issues from the way the builder put in the slider in the first place. They are an amazing team. Both professional and friendly. I will be using them anytime in the future I have sliding door or glass or window needs.

I broke a window; Promise Glass responded right away. I texted the dimensions to James and he calculated an estimate within minutes. We made an appointment sooner than expected and he and Laura set up their cutting table on my patio and got right to work. They built a beautiful new window that fit perfectly and even hauled away the broken glass. Excellent workmanship and customer service for a good price, and they’re super nice people!

Promise Glass replaced a damaged dual pane low-E window in my kitchen that was frosted over because of a broken seal. The new window came in much quicker than expected and they put me on the schedule for the next day once the window was received. Fast, knowledgeable, and friendly, I will use them in the future and highly recommend!
