Replaced a large window that is double pane. Told us the window would have to be ordered could take up to 2 weeks to get. It did arrive much sooner and were able to get it installed . It matched the other windows and fit properly . Also fixed the rollers on patio door at same time.(which also were ordered) . Everything works fine ,and would recommend for door or glass repair.

I was very happy with James and the quick response I received to my broken window problem. He estimated 7-10 days on getting window in after he quickly ordered it but to my surprise the window was installed within 4 days. Will highly recommend promise glass and James
