This is a great company. Mike installed two WiFi thermostats that I control from my smartphone. They have a neat function that circulates the air without using the compressor unless needed.

Our A/C quit and I found the great reviews for Cooler Tymes and gave Mike a call. He got me in the same day and was a pleasure to work with. I was nervous that my wife was going to be home dealing with an A/C guy since I couldn't be there. I was afraid she was going to be sold all kinds of things she didn't need. Mike diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. He even gave my wife some training to help the system run better. Mike called before the appointment to confirm arrival time, he arrived as we had agreed and got right to work. He started on the difficult unit and spent the appropriate time to trouble shoot where the leak was located, and once the location was determined he pumped down the system and filled it with Freon. Everything was professional, the worksite was keep clean and the additional charges for the Freon were reasonable.

I bought a big deal for a AC tuneup for $39 before the summer heat hit. Mike was great. He arrived perfectly on time and got right to work. He did his checkup and gave me the update with pictures. Some wires were exposed because of weather damage and the capacitor was just about done. He told me the cost and that he could fix these immediately. No pressure to do the work. I told him to get it done and he did it in a timely manner. He also noticed it was a dual stage unit that was only wired for one stage. The unit had been running at below capacity for a long time. He tried many options to get it to run in two stages without adding a wire to save me some money, but sadly it could not be done. Mike will return another day to add a wire and get this unit functioning as it should be. He was great with our black lab and respectful to our babysitter and 8 month old daughter. Thanks Mike.

Mike Greco serviced our air conditioners and also answered all my questions without being impatient. He solved a problem involving excessive noise/whistling coming from the air duct vents that another A/C had just glossed over and not fixed. It was a bigger problem than just adjusting the louvers. Mike is one the most conscientious and honest tradesman I've ever met. Trust me, he will only sell you what you need and he will solve your A/C problem.

The tech was on time and very personable and he explained everything thoroughly. The price for the part he replaced was very reasonable.

He did a spring maintenance on my three units.

This morning I found out that my dogs chewed through my thermostat wires on my A/C. I called Mike and he came to the house in 15 minutes. He was very professional and replaced all the wires quickly. He walked me through the process and even educated me on what to look for in the future so I am not paying for something I could easily take care of myself. If I could describe mike in one word it would be trustworthy. He hooked us up big time and I will be a repeat customer for life.

Mike Greco, the owner promptly called to set up the service appointment. He used Angie's messaging system and cell calls to finalize a time that worked well for both parties. He arrived on time and went straight to work. He thoroughly cleaned the filthy outside condenser coil, then went into the attic to check the evaporator coil, pan and drain. Throughout the process Mike was thorough, efficient and friendly. He frequently reported his findings and recommendations. At no point did I feel pressured to do further work or purchase unnecessary equipment. I appreciated Mike's friendly, low key, but confident manner. I would definitely hire him for future projects and recommend him to friends.

Set up of appointment was easy, he was responsive to my time frame needs and kept in good communication with times and arrival estimate. Was patient in teaching me about AC system and showed me pictures of units, problems, and what he replaced. Gave me good information about some mistakes I was making inside the house as far as air flow and return. Would use him again, nice guy, seemed thorough. Will likely save me money this summer by avoiding house calls even under my home warranty, which I have always believed just did "bandaid" kind of work. I hope this proves true as the heat comes into the valley. Again, super nice guy, very prompt, good communication.

They did a very good job. He explained everything to me and was patient. Very knowledgeable and showed me why the service needed to be done and how bad the system was in places.

We will give an update when unit is installed. Mike gives you a Window i understand that but with mike there is no such thing as a Window, it will be earlier than stated what professional is like. Having been in law enforcement for over 25 years you know who you are dealing with. HIS crew was great he explains every process involved in the installation of my new ac. I had some issues with my kitchen being warmer than the rest of the house. Mike said I Can address that issue to get more airflow to the area. Well he was right my kitchen is at the end of "the run" and therefore received less air flow. Well after installation it was vastly improved. My installation also included a new thermostat and he waived the first service call. In my books you be very satisfied ith procedure and service .

Mike at Cooler Tymes was very professional and did a great job diagnosing our system. Mike communicated each step of the process with a hands on approach which I value greatly. It turned out to be a faulty TXV valve which Mike had in stock and there was no waiting. His response time was awesome and was within 24 hours of the request for service. After called 3 very reputable HVAC repair companies Cooler Tymes was who I went with and I'm glad I did. I will call Mike for all my AC needs for now on.

Then he did the repair, he had the part with him. He also told me that I didn't need a thermostat which Previously I had been advised on. Mike was what every business owner should be. Everything went smoothly. Mike let me know that my unit was on it's last leg and introduced me to a the IQ Drive by Frigidaire. This system is going to be AMAZING! I will be able to go off the Equalizer Plan through APS and my projected savings of electric will be somewhere between 50% -65%. I can't wait!!!!

It went great. I felt very comfortable that Mike was completely honest with me. I have known other service providers in this and similar industries that will take advantage and sell you much more than you really need, but you just don't know any better. You can see that mike would rather be honest and earn you as a customer for the future, rather then cheat you and never deal with you again.

Cooler Tymes Thoroughly checked out my Heat Pump. Found previous installation errors. The dual phrase compressor was only working on one phase... this was due to an improper installation originally. The thermostat was not wired for a dual phase system either. My system has not been running properly since the original installation. Cooler Tymes fixed my system; installed a new thermostat; re-wired previous installation problems and now the system works perfectly. My pre-season check up was completed thoroughly and at a fair price. Bill

I called at 2pm to set up time for a annual service for my air conditioner, he called back with in 5 mins and was at my door one hour later. Check my air conditioner, found no problems. I have never had such quick service with any of the A/C company in the valley. I would recommend Mike to everybody.

I used Cooler Tymes for 3 different AC units. Mike is very knowledgable about the efficeincy of the AC unit as well as proper air handling in the house. His price was well below the 3 quotes I gathered. This was the 3rd time I used Coolertymes. I had two units replaced on m y house a year ago and I needed a seperate AC on our guest house which was quoted at 40% less than other quotes and was the same quality unit. The nice thing it reduced my electric bills also.
