Insisted on climbing over the tile roofs instead of coming to the back where there is access Gave me a "song and dance" about the fan installation being too high; made no sense to me or another serviceman who happened to over hear the conversation.

They just came over and said everything was fine but didn't give any details of what was done. Like they were in a hurry to get some place.

Very well, including extra modifications to duct on roof so unit would work well (which prior company didn't do when they replaced original unit in the past, causing the unit to burn out 10-20 years prematurely).

On time, courteous, explained condition of my a/c unit. Helped install new filters. Gave options/explained on filters and other services. Mostly, i was happy to hear my a/c unit was in good condition.

I emailed using Angie's list at 3:00am and at 6:00 am I had a phone call -by 8:00 am my air conditioner was working. Mike was on time, let me know exactly what he was doing and what was wrong with the unit. I highly recommend Cooler Tymes.

He was originally scheduled to be at my house around 9am, but said he'd be there later around 11am. He didn't show up on time and that is a pet peeve of mine. Once he was there he got right to work and was very knowledgeable. He also provided a lot of tips for taking care of the system.

First, I read many Reviews ? from Angie?s as well as another Review site in order to thoroughly research consumer experiences - not just advertisements and promises before retaining a new AC Servicing company. Second, common courtesy, professionalism, punctuality are givens when retaining and paying a professional service company; however, these given characteristics are nearly extinct these days?. The reviews on the prior AC company whom I will never call again are very fitting, now having a ?B? rating on Angie?s. Their primary mission is to upsell, charge for non-fixes, then to charge again for actual fixes. After spending considerable time reading reviews, I called my first pick and they did not have any availability for ?3 weeks?, yet were ?courteous?. I then called ?Cooler Tymes?. Mike answered; we discussed the failure symptoms and set a same-day appointment time. I left work an hour ahead of time, and Mike arrived on time, exactly as promised. First WOW. Mike got to work right away performing actual ?Diagnostics?, isolated the problems (second WOW), quoted what I thought was very fair and reasonable pricing (based upon prior experience and Reviews), and completed the job; explaining step by step the failures, how he isolated, what each new part would cost, and also did an inspection of my second AC unit; identifying soon to be problems, again with verbal and visual explanations (third WOW). The ?Givens? are all accounted for, now further to: knowledge, expertise, efficiency, and prevention, to include completing the job correctly the First time. Additionally, Mike did not offer any ?I think, it might be, it could be?, on account of his experience, knowledge and Ethic depth. Although the units are aging, there was no hint of upselling, whatsoever. Lastly, Mike applied Angie?s discounts without any discussion. Long and short, I am absolutely THRILLED? A+++

I am very pleased with Cooler Tymes; I felt Mike was very trust worthy. He also did not try to upsell me, which seems to be a real issue with other companies. I like the company and will use them next season. Very pleased.

Michael was very nice and knowledgable about my system. He checked and cleaned the outside unit then came in to check each vent. He also checked the thermostat. He explained why the vents should stay open (better air flow throughout the system). He said he would write up a quote for a new system since mine is almost 20 years old. I am looking forward to getting that quote.

Cooler Tyme's response to my initial call was immediate. Mike provided services the next day without all the waiting around. He was very professional and explained to me everything that he was doing. It turns out the repairman I had previously had missed a lot of issues that Mike was able to catch. He diagnosed my A/C problems, fixed them quickly, and cleaned up the mess of the previous guy. I would definitely recommend him and use him again.

My a/c unit suddenly quit working. Contacted mike @Cooler Tymes. He arrived on time and was very professional. He was able to figure out the problem and have my unit up and running in no time at all. I am so thankful and will highly recommend this company to neighbors and others.

I have not ever written a review, but I was more than impressed with Cooler Tymes service. I called him and within minutes he was at my home. He diagnosed the problem and swapped out my motor right away. He was friendly and personable and it was obvious he cared about providing quality service. Thanks again.

I called Mike at Cooler Tymes before work yesterday (Friday) because my A/C stopped working. He informed me that he was very busy, which makes sense since it is so hot out. Well, I had to work, so I was gone all day anyway. He said he would try his best to squeeze me in, but it turned out that he was just too booked up with previous appointments scheduled earlier in the week, so he didn't make it out to my place in time. I also live pretty far out, so I totally understood. Luckily, he was able to make it out this morning, on a Saturday, to make things right. He took care of my A/C unit quickly and had my air cool again in no time. Even though he didn't make it out yesterday, he still kept in contact with my through a few text messages and phone calls to keep me up to date on his availability. I appreciated that. He even offered me a nice discount on his already low price to thank me for my patience and understanding. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely give them a call again. Hopefully I don't need to for a long time, though!

Very professional and quick service! I had called another company and they were about to charge me almost twice as much as Cooler Tymes did. The other company also told me they were going to be there between 10 and 2 and they did not show up until almost 4. With Cooler Tymes, I called and he was out here before 10 am. Fast and reliable company. Also, very good competitive pricing! I will never call anyone else when my air conditioning is acting up now. I would recommend this company to everyone!

I had purchased an AC unit tune up service on Angie's list. Coincidently, my AC unit had malfunctioned 2 days later. I scheduled my service within 1 week of purchase and my experience with Mike from Cooler Tymes was exceptional. He performed the AC tune-up service and then quickly identified the problem with our AC. Before long he had made the appropriate repairs and got our home cooled before he left. He was both professional and courteous. He was kind to my children and didn't mind the fact that our dog was bugging him while he worked. Overall I had a great experience and will certainly rely on Mike Greco and Cooler Tymes to address any AC/furnace issues we may have in the future.

Arrived on time and ready to work. Thoroughly explained what he would be doing, and went about his business. When finished, he suggested ways to maintain our unit, I.e., different filters, how often to change them, etc. This guy is a keeper. Cooler Tymes is who we will call from now on.

I Called Cooler Tymes to come check out my old air conditioner which was making a lot of noise when running. I figured I would need a new HVAC system and I wanted to take action before it completely went out on me. Mike was at my house about an hour and a half later to evaluate it - even though he had other calls and customers that day. He convinced me on a new 4 ton 20 seer , telling me all about its benefits and how it worked. He told me I wouldn't be able to beat his price. I told him I still wanted to get 2 more estimates and make my selection then. He had no problems with that. I got my 2 other estimates. For the same style of system,1 wanted $14,000 and the other one wanted $12,000. I went with Mike and Cooler Tymes. Mike and his crew came out that Thursday about 4:30 PM to install the system. I cannot emphasize enough how diligent and professionally they worked to install the system. The furnace they had to replace was up in the attic, which took the most time. But everything was replaced brand new including the ducting to the furnace. After they put in the new air conditioner in the back yard, Mike proceeded to put the coolant in and to make sure everything was running according to specifications. But apparently it wasn't. Mike was going to try to make sure the problem was fixed. It turned out to be a small unit in the baffle unit going to the furnace in the attic area which had a sticking piston. As much as he and his crew tried to get the unit to work properly - it wouldn't. It was getting late in the evening , so Mike insisted to pay for a hotel for us that night and he would be back first thing next day to fix the problem. I didn't take him up on the offer as we had relatives living only half a mile away that would put us up for the night. But it was generous of Mike to make the offer. The next day , early in the morning, Mike came over with a new part for the baffle unit which he had ordered overnight delivery. After installing it, he put coolant into the system and proceeded to check and test everything out again. The system worked perfectly. I now have a COOL and quiet running system. For all the - what Mike assumed - inconvenience to us , he insisted on paying for a dinner for me and my wife. Again- unnecessary - but the next morning he was at my door with all the warranty paperwork and 3 gift cards to Texas Roadhouse, which I had told him was my favorite place to eat. Thank you Mike for your professionalism and thoroughness. In my opinion, no one who hires you will go wrong!! See you again in a year for servicing.

Great experience! First, the communication was great! Mike was to arrive at 7am and he called at 6:20am to say he had to take an emergency call at a daycare and would call me when he was done and on his way, which he did. He arrived at 9am and was one of the nicest tradesmen I have ever encountered. He explained everything that he was checking and gave me maintenance tips. He even adjusted my side gate hinge that was getting a little loose! I would highly recommend him for his professionalism, sincerity, and communication.
