+ -1 moreThe overall attitude, professionalism, and overall demeanor was less than satisfactory. I would not recommend this company to others. I haven't had to use it yet, so it's difficult to grade the quality.
Description of Work: Two men came to our door and said that they would put an alarm system up in our house for free if we would put signs up from their company showing that they did the work. I was suspicious, but they ended up convincing my wife. We already had a pre-existing alarm system in our house that had been installed three years earlier, but we never used it. They decided that old system had to be replaced with theirs (the new system). They wanted to put the box for the alarm system in our utility room, which is attached to the garage. I told them that we hardly ever used the utility room to access anything, but our laundry. I asked if there was any way that they could check to see if there was any way for them to see if they would be able to use pre-existing wiring. He saw a hole in the wall and mounted the new alarm code box there.
