ACID STAIN FLOORING

He did a good job. They came on time, left early and told me what to expect and that's what occurred. They told us what the floors would like and they did, there were no illusions about what it would look like. He was by far the best price.

It went wonderfully well. Jose expressed that the only floors that would need an over lay were kitchen and bath, That we could re stain our living room and hallway. It would bring back the original floor from when the house was built. That is what we wanted to being with, He expressed why he needed to do an overlay with the kitchen and bath. Due to how tile was installed in the 50s, it left a residue that would never come out. We are greatly impressed with his crew and the efforts that made to help us get the look we wanted. Jose went as far to help us do a color design on the overlay. He also went down the street and helped my neighbor with his floor by simply telling him what to get to clean them and seal them. That he did not need to have them re done. Which my neighbor thought he would have to. The neighbor tried Jose advice and his floors look amazing now. Jose even came back when we chipped our new floor and left with us instructions on how to spot stain areas of chipping, he even gave us color to the bedrooms original color from 1949. I would so use him. He use to concrete counter tops, but will not now, due to weight and how they will crack. Only if the cabinets are made of solid wood, again due to weight. Very helpful in planning the new kitchen. Thank you Jose, We have sold the home and have moved to Iowa. The new owners ADORE the floor, one reason they bought the house.

It went very well; they came in and completed the work when they said they would. We were very please and wouldn't hesitate in using them again.

Throughout the process Jose and his team were prompt and professional; absolutely no complaints about their price or performance. Ultimately the issue is that the floor continually shows footprints and dust. Because of the higher gloss sheen imparted by the sealer it has proven impossible to keep clean. As a result my cleaning process consists of a leaf blower to remove the top layer of Arizona dust, then lots of water from the hose to remove the second layer. Then I mop the floor and use the leaf blower again to dry it to avoid water spots. I would strongly suggest anyone considering this floor treatment to make the effort to go see it installed somewhere and ask the owner how many hours a month they spend cleaning it. If I had to do it over I'd try to find a flat finish, if that is even available, or switch to a tile floor.

They were great. The guy was super friendly. He gave me cleaning instructions for after. Everything was how it was supposed to be. Their prices and quality of service were excellent.

What a great Company! Very responsive to any all concerns questions etc. Very good at explaining exactly what was going to happen and what to expect at the end of each day. Very honest and straight forward and they even finished a day early! I would recommend this company to anyone who is thinking about going concrete flooring.
