2/2009 I scheduled for an estimate with Cgreen of Berea. Due to poor weather the estimate was put on hold--understandable. 4/9/09 my daughter (age 10 at the time) had a medical emergency---her heart suddenly stopped. She was resuscitated--there were bunches of medical bills due to the hospital stay and enormous amount of exams. When my husband called to cancel the evaluation Cgreen's owner (stated by the person speaking on the phone) began to swear at my husband. My husband hung up on him. Sure this was just a misunderstanding, perhaps he thought we were someone else--I called. Same result. He dropped the F-bomb countless times. He then proceeded to say that he had provided us service when he was with a lawn care company out of Lexington. He said we were bad customers, didn't want to pay---I tried to explain he must have us confused he stated " I know exactly who I'm talking to". I asked to speak to his supervisor, he stated he owned the company. I followed up with our previous lawn care service to investigate the claims made by Cgreen. They noted that our account was in good standing, there were not problems associated with our account, and offered us a deal to return to them. This was the worst I have ever been treated by any business person and at the worst time in my life. He was so very abusive in his language that I instructed my neighbors, if they saw a Cgreen Truck in our drive or in front of our house to call the police. This review is a few years old. The BBB doesn't allow for complaints based on company's poor behavior--I tried. Now Angie's List is providing that opportunity. Thank You Angie!!
