Steve showed up exactly when he was supposed to and immediately got to work. The work was performed promptly and professionally. I would definitely use them again.

My permanent residence is in Peoria, AZ but we spend the summers at our home in Lakeside, AZ. Lakeside, being a small mountain community has a pace of its own. I have often found it very difficult to find professional, reliable services here. I have used Roger the plumber twice; once to fix a water main break about 10 years ago. Just recently to reroute a natural gas line to clear the way for some new construction. I made an appointment to have them out to give me an estimate. They showed up exactly on time and provided an estimate of $424. I then called the office to schedule the actual work. Mitch was the technician and showed up right on time on the promised date. He and a helper accomplished the task in a little under three hours. The work looks very good and come with a guarantee. There were no extra costs. I will continue to use Roger the Plumber as the need arises. It's always good to find a reliable service provider, especially in a small community.

Great service. Was polite and courteous on the phone and in person. Showed up at the agreed time and finished the job in a timely manner. Charged a reasonable fee. Very professional would defiantly call again.

We had them come over to our cabin and unplug our toilet as a child had flushed a toy down the toilet they the most reasonable of companies. We then had them go over to our mother's trailer and give us a quote. They called back the next day and we agreed on a day for them to come. They where on time and very professional. They even helped move mother's things and replaced them when they were done. They replaced all the lines and went to get what ever supplies they needed to finish the job they said it would take most of the day but they had 2 worker's and finished in about 4 hours. They were kind and courteous.

Went smoothly...all done in less than an hour.
