+ -1 moreFiasco is what it could be called.Whirlpool dispatched E&D appliance in Early March to repair my Washing Machine under warranty.Ed was on time, diagnosed washer, but did not follow Whirlpool's instruction to call from house.As such, parts were never ordered. After several calls with both Whirlpool and E&D appliance, As well as several very personal conversations with Ed, washer was finally "repaired". TWO MONTHS AFTER FIRST SERVICE CALL. Two weeks after the "repair" washer breaks down (again). Personal issues prevent repair in timely fashion. Whirlpool is now using a different company. Although Ed is a nice enough guy, he will never return your phone calls.
Description of Work: Warranty Repair on Whirlpool Front-loading Washing Machine.Rear bearings are shot.

Description of Work: My GE gas stove was not lighting the right way and i called ge being it was still under warranty and they called E & D to come service it. First they were a day late and very rude and when the man was finished he wanted me to pay him saying that the gas company was at fault and that GE was not going to pay. I told him I was not going to pay him without talking to GE and he starting yelling and screaming and demanded payment. He said he wasn't leaving and was going to take my stove apart, I told him to leave my home and he wouldn't and I told him I was going to call the police. He stood on my porch saying he will be back tomorrow and charge me double and put a lean on my home. when i told him to leave he parked out front and called the Sheriff who told him he had to leave. My husband was not home at the time and it was very scary.
