I hired Jeremy to build a custom home for me in September 2020. The build took place during COVID with a labor and materials shortage, which resulted in higher costs of everything and a longer than expected timeframe to complete. Although I spent more than I initially planned, I was very pleased with the quality of the workmanship. I think Jeremy is an honest person and did whatever he could to mitigate the costs. The house turned out great and we are extremely comfortable living here. I would recommend Jeremy for any construction projects.

Jeremy and his crew put up a Patio Cover at our place. We are very pleased with all aspects of the work. Good workmanship and communication. We would recommend him to anyone.

Jeremy and his crew did an excellent job of rebuilding our old rotted out rear deck. They did everything from the ground up, new concrete where needed, complete water sealed substructure and beautiful new Trex with all new railing. Would highly recommend Clear Creek Custom Contracting for any work needed. All at a fair price. True professionals!

After 31 days of thinking I was doing business with Clear Creek Construction I am no closer than I was 32 days ago, Instead of a review I am just going to tell others how I was treated then they can make up their own minds if this is the type of service they are willing to pay for. I contacted Home Advisor. Home Advisor sent my name and number to Jeremy, owner of Clear Creek Construction. He got in touch with me and we made an appointment for him to come out to â look at the property to see where I wanted a tiny house to be built. We made the appointment for 4:30 on July 17. At 2:47 Jeremy texted and said he got busy and could not make it. We set another appointment for July 18 at 5:00. At 1:45 on July 18 I texted Jeremy to see if we were still on for today at 5:00. Jeremy texted back yes. 9 minutes before 5:00 I got a text that says he will be â leaving in a minute. An hour later he arrives. We walked the property and talk. I told him I needed it built by Christmas because my whole family is coming for the holidays. He said it would only take him 3 months from start to finish so a pre Christmas due date is definitely doable. He said he would send a quote when I tell him what all I want in the tiny house. 2 days later on July 20th Jeremy had my completed list. 9 days later I texted again asking when I could get the quote. The texted answer was â by the end of the week which would be on August 3rd. Never heard another word. On August 17th I texted yet again to ask about the quote he promised me by the end of the week. In his answered text Jeremy says he still plans to build the tiny house for me he just could not START until SPRING! I texted back saying it would have been nice to know that a month ago. He says he is sorry he led me on, it was never my intention. A little later I got another text, in this text Jeremy says: I did say I would do it if you would like me to. I can still look at it and I will get it done since I said I would before Christmas. . So after a month we are back to looking at it. To me that means he has done nothing. For 30 days I have been waiting for something while he has done nothing. I texted my answer that said â no thanks to starting all over. In my opinion there are a lot of good contractors in the Show Low area but Jeremy is not one of them. He seems like a nice man that says all the right things. The talk is good, the dependability is not. I dont think Home Advisor should be recommending Clear Creek Construction .

Great looking patio and walkways

I could not find another contractor to pour a walk and patio for me and Jeremy agreed to do the job. Very happy with the job itself

Jeremy understands customer service. He is not only cordial during the first meeting, he continues to go above and beyond. He spent a whole day with us to help us locate the best lot for our new home.
