Description of Work: I've had All American Air Conditioning for 2 years now doing my spring and fall maintenance on my a/c heating unit and evaporation cooler. They were recommended by a neighbor who has been with them for many years. They are very professional and thorough. Techs are friendly and provide helpful tips. Highly recommend their services.

 + -1 morelowing up. I called All American and they wanted my credit card # before they would make an appointment. I called on Fri. and they said they could be there mon. They called 5:00 pm and said they couldn't make it and to call someone else. I tried other train dealers and they said the installing dealer had to work on it. I finally found someone to weld it and get it working. I have a 10 year warranty with the extended warraty and had to Pay $680 to have it fixed. I found a dealer to do the warranty and they want $1300 to install the coil that All American should do with the extented warranty. I will never do business with All American Air!!! Buyer Beware. I'm at my witts end, and I'm turning it over to my Insurance co. I can't handle all the BS!!!
Description of Work: I purchased a new Traine 16i AC/heater compleate system. It took longer than I was told and they had problems figuing out how to make it work. 1 Day after installation the outside unit blew up and a piece of metal went into my face. Train corp. stepped in and offered a 20i and extended warranty. This was in Aug. and the temps were over 100 degrees. A week later we had a working system after two weeks without air. Last month the coil went bad, probably from the pressure of the first unit b

Description of Work: I have a date ahead of today because All American is coming out on that day to COMPLETE the work and we have already been given a price to complete the work which I have included in the price above which is a total approximate price we have spent. They have come out 3 times already, and next week will be their 4th time...to their credit. We have had a very difficult problem with our furnace/AC units (3 in our home...2 are mainly used)...it's not like the problem occurred all the time, it was intermittent and so not easily solved, unfortunately! :( The problem has been going on for the past couple years and we finally decided to get it fixed...called around, asked around for a good company and were directed to "ALL AMERICAN AIR". We have been more than happy with them, they have come out a few times to try to get our problem fixed, only because our problem was not an easy one to figure out, but it is now SOLVED! They did NOT charge us a service charge each time, only the first time, and only for parts that were necessary thereafter. Very Fair! Came on time when they said they would and always called before hand, saying they would be here within a certain amount of time! Highly recommend them!!!

 + -1 moreI THOUGHT THEY WERE REASONABLE. THEY WERE QUITE FRIENDLY. THEY TOLD ME A TIME THEY WOULD BE HERE AND THEY WERE ON TIME. MY HUSBAND AND I WERE SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THEY COMPLETED.
