Swell Plumbing

Initially contacted Swell Plumbing. Talked to plumber's wife. Scheduled a date and time approximately 2-weeks out. The morning of the appt, I received a call from the wife stating the plumber would not be there that day as there was an emergency. I explained that I was only in town for a couple of days and that I had made the appointment far enough in the future that I expected my appointment date to be honored. The wife became defensive and told me to and quot;deal with it.and quot; She then hung up. Later that day the plumber stopped by the house and apologized that he was unable to do the work that day, that he had gotten backlogged and had to finish prior jobs. He was so nice, that I immediately forgot about the earlier rude phone conversation with the wife and he agreed to come by the next morning very early. He did come as promised the next day and did excellent work for a reasonable price. Based on this plumber's personality and professional conduct, I would use him again. I don't know if his wife had a bad day or what -- I can sort of understand that she is protective of her husband, but she is hurting his business by being gruff. Hopefully I just got her at a bad time.

Overall, everything was great. We needed a water softener installed.

Dave and his wife Kelly are both very easy to get along with. I would deal with them again and have already recommended them to someone else. We are snowbirds from Canada and i know that I could call them up to do a job for us, while we aren't there, and it would be done well and at a fair price. We had the job estimated by 3 other companies and, while Dave wasn't necessarily the least expensive, he wasn't the most either but, he was the one we felt most comfortable working with.

Excellent. Plumber was extremely professional, got to the job on time, did the job with little mess, cleaned up his mess, put everything back where he found it, was extremely pleasant and finished the job in less than two hours. He was courteous and clean and amazing! In Lake Havasu, most of the professionals that bid jobs, never show up to complete the jobs. Not Swell Plumbing. He bid the job, and then showed up when he said he would, and completed the job to perfection! And his price was not to be beat!!! I would recommend him to anyone!!!

I have used this plumber many times. Dave is a very kind and honest man. He is very prompt and his rates are awesome!!
