+ -1 moreI paid the owner a sum of $12,000 for products, the first weekend I got to use the product I noted 2 instruments not operating or working correctly. I sent a total of 3 emails to Mr. Wilson requesting that he "assist" in repairing them. after my third attempt he responded by saying I paid less than I should have so I should take the savings and fix the issues...
Description of Work: within a couple of days of the purchase there were problems noted, I contacted the owner David Wilson and his response was to fix it myself........... not what i expected at all I spent $12,000 and had expectations of a stand behind product that had no issues of which is what we agreed upon, but within a few days issues came to light..
