Plumbline did an excellent job on all three projects. They answered the phone on the first ring. They said they would call back to schedule a time to come out and bid the job and they actually called back within 20 minutes! The plumber actually showed up the next day ON TIME to bid the job!!! He was very professional and friendly and actually smiled - which is pretty rare in Lake Havasu! He bid the job several hundred dollars cheaper than three other bids we had received. And he scheduled the job for the very next day! He showed up the next day ON TIME and completed it very professionally. He also cleaned up after himself. We were very impressed with the services of Plumbline and would recommend their services to anyone in Lake Havasu or surrounding areas. Very nice people running a small shop. When I called they answered immediately and were very courteous. She called me back to let me know that he was with a customer and that she would call me as soon as he was done. He showed up about an 1-1/2 Hour after the original phone call. This is very quick and I honestly was expecting by the end of the day. That is usually how it goes in my town. He was very nice, professional and it was clear he knew exactly what he was doing. He instantly knew what the problem was and fixed it within about 20 minutes.
