 + -1 morethey were 1.5 hrs late and they were very condescending. They said service would take 1.5 hrs. They spent 10 minutes and said they were finished. They said they would change air filters in house so I gave them a filter but they did not change the filter. They changed the settings on one air conditioner to have the fan run constantly. I did not realize this until the middle of the the night when I realized the unit never shut off. The attitude of these two service people was offensive. I would never use this company again and do not recommend using this company. This service crew was from the lake havasu location.

Description of Work: hi my name is paula I am a hard working woman who live in the heat of the mohave desert it was one day a go i came home and my air was not working so i called pitzer they said that the unit that i had to get last year in august was still under warranty and that they would be out that night so the man came out and could not fix it so he said the they would send out some one frist thing this morring but he did not show up until around 11am and they sent the same man out if could not fix it last night what makes me think he do so today i paid $8000.00 for the new unit and he could not make it workit is 3:30 he is still her and i do not have air my husben had to go to bed h in the heat becuse he work's grave yard now this man who has been in my house almost by his self thells me that i need new duck work my house was built in 1997 and we keep up on it now i have to pay them more money so that i can sleep tonight i can not help but think that this kind of thing should not be able to happen i pay them for what they reall mean untill we can charge you more money i am a preferred service customer i pay $175.00 a year so that so i can get help out here when something goes wrong they say under waeeanty but they will find something that so that they can gett a little more out of you so if i had it to do allover again i would not use PITZER ONE HOUR they will ripe you off and come back for more over and over again
