+ -1 moreI called Norwall with several questions and ended up talking with 3 different people. Each was knowledgeable, courteous and seemed genuinely interested in seeing that I had all the information I needed. Each answered the phone promptly and I was never once placed on hold! I ordered the generator online late Monday afternoon. On Friday of the same week I received a phone call from the freight company to schedule delivery for the following Monday. The generator arrived in perfect condition---without a scratch, scrape, dent or ding. It was bolted to a pallet and wrapped in several layers of bubble wrap which was secured with string. The transfer switch and cables were stacked on top of it and everything was wrapped with the stretchy plastic film used to secure loose parts on a pallet. The driver was only required to drop the generator at the curb, but volunteered to move it to a convenient storage location pending installation. The icing on the cake was when I received a $50 Home Depot gift card as a bonus for ordering online!
Description of Work: I ordered a Cummins-Onan 20kW residential standby generator and automatic transfer switch from Norwall and could not be happier with the experience. Their price for the generator alone was as low as I could find anywhere on the Internet. When the transfer switch and cables were bundled with it, their price was significantly lower than any others.
