Get it in writing. He is an unlicensed contractor. Takes advantage of elderly. charges for full price and substitutes with lesser quality materials. BE FORE WARNED !!!!!

This company is contracted with American Home Shield, a home warranty company. They are grossly unresponsive to not only American Home Shield, but to the ultimate client, namely me! It took over 4 days for them to respond to the original work order (they are obligated per their contract to contact the consumer within 24 hours of receiving the work order) then they missed two additional appointments. They will only give a four hour window for arrival, and in both cases that window was between 10am and 2pm (in other words, the entire day is shot to h*** waiting for these people to not show up.)The most recent incident occurred on August 9th, 2011 where I was waiting for these people to arrive (again between 10am and 2pm) and they never showed up, never called, didn't do a darn thing to try to let me know that they were backed up and would be running late. In fact, after I called them at 1:45pm to inquire as to the status of my service call, I was told that they could not find or get in touch with their service technician. The receptionist told me that she would get in touch with her tech and call me back - It didn't happen. I called twice more before the end of business that day and each time I was given the same response.On the following day, August 10th, I called their office at 8:00am and was told that they could possibly get to me the following day (August 11, 2011) if that would be convenient. After peeling myself off of the ceiling, I informed London Bridge Air that I would not be using them after all and to have a good day. (Seriously, I was very polite while I was telling them where they could go. Unfortunately, I don't think they have the intelligence to recognize when they are being slammed without using four letter words.) I can't comment on their work quality, appearance, knowledge of the unit being serviced, etc., as they never showed up to do anything. However, based upon this experience, I would be extremely suspect of their service technician's professionalism if it follows the example given by their front office.My recommendation - Just don't bother with them - there are way too many other companies offering Heating and Cooling service in this area.I'll be sure to report on the replacement company who is being sent out later today.
