 + -1 moreThe sale went very well and 99% of the house was cleaned out. They offered to have our choice of charity pick remaining items. This is a very professional organization and has a great crew to work with, They provided a service which exceeded our expectations. They are very honest and went out of their way to make sure that I was satisfied. My sister and I thank them for the hard work.
Description of Work: Estate Specialist (Greg and Dave) helped our family tremendously with the task of helping us move my parents to a new house. I wish I had of contacted them sooner. They organized and sorted a huge amount of stuff and neatly arranged and priced it for sale. They provided all of the advertisement for the sale and completed everything as promised.

 + -1 moreWe arrived to check on the house the day after the estate sale. As promised we found a empty house. The sale was a success and I would highly recommend them to anyone the Lake Havasu City area. Also they have an excellent network and working relationship with other local business in every aspect that comes with selling a home. Most importantly Dave and Greg are good people who care about their clients.
Description of Work: Dave and Greg owners of Estate Sales Specialists came to the house and inspected the contents. They patiently explained how they would come into the house 5 days prior to and prepare everything for sale. My wife and I had recently been given the task of cleaning out my parents house after my Step Mom passed away. We were completely overwhelmed when we met Dave and Greg. They help us relax and explained how we did not need to be at the house and they would sell everything they could and donate the remaining items to charity. Since we lived 1400 miles away that a great relief.

 + -1 moreA team of 4 specialists showed up at my home, on time, on the agreed date They were dressed in company uniforms and were well groomed. They methodically set about pricing all of the items inside as well as outside of my home. They possess the expertise of pricing a wide variety of items and consulted me on pricing unique items such as artwork. Dave (one of the partners) is well qualified on pricing artwork and that was especially helpful. Greg,(the other partner) is very well versed on pricing both vintage and antique items. Between the two of them they possess a wide range of knowledge. These guys know how to price things to sell. Our estate sale was on a Friday and a Saturday. By late Friday over 90% was sold. Although there was not much left to sell on Saturday they stayed until 4pm which was the time posted in the ad. The team of "real estate specialists" both met and exceeded my expectations and I would recommend their services to anyone in need.
Description of Work: sold my entire household goods.

 + -1 moreThey go all over Mojave county. They are honest to a fault and very helpful. We were grateful and impressed with everything they did. If you are overwhelmed with the amount of things you have, call them. They were great. Each sale is different. For us, they took 35 percent of the whole amount. With the work that they did, it was very worth it.
Description of Work: In November and December we were in Havasu closing out our mother's home and getting it ready for sale. Greg and David were excellent to work with. They came right out and saw what we had and explained everything that they could do for us. If we have any regrets it is that we didn't know about and call them sooner. They and their people came in and went through the entire property, setting up tables and pricing each and every item at a price that they knew would sell. They advertised and had a great turn out.They staffed the sell themselves. We did not even have to be in the state. After the sale, they cleaned up and donated those last items that did not sell. They cleaned the house of boxes and any trash that was left from the sale.
