We recently moved to Lake Havasu City, and because it is a small town I had been worried about finding somebody qualified to do the repairs I needed for my piano. Randall Knapp of Empire is great, though. He was able to come out the day after I called, and the day after that, since he needed to take a broken key home to fix. He did an excellent job and was also very nice to my son and my dog, even though both of them were overly interested in what he was doing while he was trying to work! I am very happy I chose this company.
Description of Work: I have an upright piano, which had been neglected for several years at a relative's house and then recently moved. It needed pitch correction, tuning, and repair work.
