Description of Work: I am on their monthly plan for them to spray the outside of my home for $23 a month. The last couple of times they were out I noticed they were in and out in the time it took me to put on a pair of shoes. I hear them pull up, and I wanted to talk to her. By the time I went outside, she was gone. I live on a large piece of land and I highly doubt it was sprayed correctly. If I want them to come inside my home I call to schedule an appointment and it is an extra $10 which I don't mind paying except again, the work is very brief. I asked if their are any other options to control the severe ant infestation in our home other than the brief spray on the baseboards and i was told no. I explained that the ants are coming in from the electrical plates and I know they are in the walls. They came out to do an inside spray which only lasted a day before the ants were out in full force again. We are very clean and carful to not leave any food, sweets, or drinks out but yet they still come in. I have asked several times to focus on out ant problem but yet I am the one who must constantly call back to the office and ask them to add ant graduals to a concentrated location of ants. I am still constantly spraying the store bought ant spray. I have used this company for years and my normal tech is no longer working there but something isn't working right with this company anymore.

 + -1 moreI used this provider for several years and was happy with their service. But over the last few months, the service came later and later each month. The spray seemd to be diluted somewhat as I began to have live scorpions and centipedes inside the home. This never happened in previous years. Also we had always requested specific time for the service. They showed up too early and we wre not ready at that time of day. This month, they were supposed to come and spray on Monday, the 17th of the month. I had prearranged this with the provider in August when I contacted them about being out of town for a week.. That day came and went, the next day and the next day and that next day and I had no contact from them with any explanation as to why they were no giving us the service. Finally on Thursday they called and said they would be out the next day. I inquired as to why they had not shown up on the day they said they would. I was told they had a technical issue. But they never called me to advise me of anything. My regular service tech had recently retired and I suspect that is what happened. The new tech came at the wrong time and told us there was no time indicated on the service order. It was there plain as day that we needed service at 10:00 am. She showed up at 8:00 am. We have two dogs and locked gates. We need to know ahead of time when the provider is coming to the house. That's why we request a specific time and service tech. A a result of the no show, we canceled theri service and went with another local provider.

 + -1 moreI used other companies before I found Desert Pest Control. I used to find live scorpions and other pests inside the home after a short period. With Desert Pest Control I never see and live pests inside the home. They are top shelf in service and performance.
Description of Work: I LOVE this company. They come once a month for a set fee. They always all the day before to let you know when they are coming and are always prompt. They willl spray inside and out if you want them too. I usually just have them spray outside as it is sufficient to keep pests under control and out of the house.
