 + -1 moreDennis came out to look at the job and informed me that I needed a landscape person to first connect an irrigation line before he could install the turn off valve. He did not charge for this trip. Dennis returned on July 16th and installed the turn off valve. He was very professional and did a good job for us. His price was reasonable considering that he made 2 trips to get the job done.
Description of Work: Dennis installed a separate water turn off valve for the whole house.

Description of Work: We wanted to take out a garbage disposal that was not working and hook up a regular traditional drain from the sink. Dennis came out and got the disposal to work and recommended us to keep it as it would be expensive to switch over because of the hookup to the dishwasher. He gave us some hints as to how to keep it running (we are gone 6 months out of the year) and functional. We asked him about his bill for services and he said there wouldn't be one as he really didn't do anything. He was here for 15-20 minutes plus his drive time, but charged us nothing. Needless to say we would call him again if we need plumbing services.
