 + -1 moreHaving this particular "overall" entry MANDATORY is nonsensical as there was no work performed after my contact with this contractor. As noted above, they told me the work was not necessary in my situation. If I decide to cool my garage, I will certainly contact Banker for an estimate.
Description of Work: I called Banker Insulation and talked to Scott about insulating my garage in Lake Havasu City. He advised that insulating my garage without using cooling would actually make my garage hotter than cooler by preventing heat to radiate into the attic where it could escape the building. So, Scott passed up possible work by being honest with me. This is a trait that I value.

 + -1 moreJason from Bankers Insulation came out to give us an estimate for insulation. He went up thru the ceiling crawl spaces and inspected the complete ceiling to the house and attached garage. He came down and said the insulation was fine and nothing needed to be done. We offered to pay him for his time, but he refused.
Description of Work: Inspection for estimate of replacement.
