APC PAINTING

APC and Micah's employee's were respectful and efficient. Their work is outstanding and they work extreamly hard to make sure your furniture and personal belongings are protected. Thoughout the entire process the communication was always done in a timely manner. We have contracted with them again in March. Good job APC! Linda and Jim Walton

They were right on time as scheduled, provided quality prep, painting and cleanup. they were very careful as not to damage any plants or personal items around the house. An excellent company with quality service.

They did a very good job. We were not there and we left Arizona before they started painting so I didn't really have any contact with them other than we did have a problem with the paint adhering to our garage doors because there were other layers of paint on it and they did come back and strip it down to the original door and repainted this year when we were out there. Their customer service was very good in that respect.

Their prices were reasonable but I wasn't very happy with them. They have a saying in the painting business it's called and ldquo;Blow and Goand rdquo; that's what I felt they did. I had to watch them constantly. Everything was done through the owner and he was not there. The workers were there and work that was promised was not being done. They ruined my kitchen blinds and one of the blinds on my sliders. There was paint on my couch and some of my clothes; the list goes on and on. I went over it with the owner and he knew I was not happy. He did reimburse us for the blinds and stuff. He seems to be the best in town but I pretty much decided I would not use them again. He was the one on the list that had excellent reviews. They had to come back because all the stuff that they had painted on the roof had come off a little bit; within two months all the paint had already blown off the air condition and all the stuff that they had done on the roof. So, we had to call them back and make them redo it. I was not happy.

We were not pleased with the initial kid that came out. He promised an estimate that afternoon and we had to track them down the following week, getting the nice woman in the office to pencil us in. Once the painters (Carl and Chance) came to our house we could not have been happier. Carl was very knowledgeable and both were friendly. They showed up right on time, and cleaned up very well afterwards the first day. The second day they were on time and did a fantastic job. They were extra careful to make sure no paint scrapings went into the pool, they taped off the side of the house and the windows, and spent a lot of time cleaning up the entire job. The paint job itself was terrific and we would hire the company again if we lived there. We would ask for Carl and Chance on any additional jobs. We did call APC based solely on ANGIE's List. We spent time on the internet before coming to Lake Havasu to find companies to deal with.

Mike came out right away and gave us a proposal within a day that met our budget. His crew took care of the job while we left town and everything was done to perfection upon our return. Our cabinets look great and we highly recommend APC and will use them again and again.

We had used APC when we moved into our home 3 years ago. They painted the interior of the home when we first purchased it. I was very happy with the service, so we hired them to also seal the roof with a plastic type coating, common in hot climates. just recently I called Diane and she had Michah come and estimate a small job in our bathroom. We were remodelling the bathroom and needed it to be textured. They came and textured it for 100 and worked with my contractor to make sure the time was good. I have called them again to do some stucco work for me.

Very good company

I called to set an appointment with the person in the office based solely on good reviews found on Angie's List. An appointment was made on Monday with the lady in the office for her son to come out and give me an estimate. The appointment was made for 3PM Wednesday. I work 1/2 hour from my home and arranged to be home early to meet their representative. I arrived home at 2:50 PM and found a message on my machine from a Micah who said we were going to have to reschedule because the weather was bad... That is a bunch of malarky. My Caller ID shows he called at 1:43. The weather was raining in the morning but not in the afternoon. The thing that makes me the angriest is that I left my cell phone number and my home number with the office. If Micah would have called me on my cell phone I could have stayed at work, instead of coming home early. We could have rescheduled, but for me to drive all the way home for a scheduled appointment and find a message saying he couldn't make it was un-professional.

They finished the work yesterday. I have used them before too. They are excellent. They paint better than any of the other painters. I have had a lot of houses built. They have been the best. They are professional and do a very good job. Fade in paint colors and fade out paint colors with a spray blend so it looks cool.

Other than some weather delays, which were not the fault of the contractor, the job was done very well. They were efficient, hard working and the final product was great. We were, and still are, very happy with the job they did.
