Very hard sell--did not want to take no for an answer on replacing the system with a model I considered sub-par. Left lots of greasy fingerprints on both inside and outside of both garage doors, which I am still trying to scrub off. Also second opener happened to completely give out while he was there. Gave incorrect estimates on replacing rollers, charged me the higher price. He did, however, fix the problem he was originally called to do. But I would not have him back again.

I am beyond pleased with the professionalism and knowledge that Frank from A-1 Garage Door Service showed me. He was able quickly repair my garage door and made the process extremely seamless. He was honest with his opinions and was able to complete the project efficiently. I would definitely use this company again without hesitation and I highly recommend them to you! I have never had a smoother experience, especially in the area of home repair/improvement. He even helped me fix my car. He went beyond! Honestly I'm not sure about the value compared to others. This was an immediate need and didn't have a chance to shop and compare; however, I feel good about not being in that "stuck" place when the garage door fails to function.

You won't be disappointed using A1 Garage Door Service. They accommodated us in an emergency on a busy Monday morning, located the problem and installed a new opener in a reasonable amount of time. We'll use them to install a new garage door when it comes time for that.

He did not have parts to fix but made good suggestions that worked out great.

He came out right away, checked out the garage door opener and found that it is working perfectly, but it is the wiring behind it that needs replaced.
