"I was quoted a good price to install five new interior doors. I was told it would be completed in three days. Randy communicated well and was polite but after five days, Randy had only partially completed three doors. His work was subpar and we parted ways. Finish carpentry is not his strong suit."

"Great!! Mike came by on a Sunday and diagnosed the problem. Mike provided an estimate and said he could be here the next day to remove the valves for repair. He was here on Monday and removed the valves. Made a new set of valves ant home on Monday evening and installed on Tuesday. The system worked better, but required some troubleshooting of the entire old drip system, which Mike and his crew did without hesitation. They were terrific!!!!!!!!"

"Fantastic! Right from the start Mr Perry laid out steps he would be taking, in getting a level, structured pasture. He would always call ahead to check if access to the property. My soil was like concrete. He would work the soil repeadily over a few months. When he decided the soil was ready, he waited for the best planting time(no frosts). He leveled the pasture with precion. Then planted the seed. I just irrigated the pasture today. The water flowed on a perfect flat flow! The work he accomplished was perfect. He is honest, straight forward, and highly knowledgeable."

It takes a real idiot planting these four feet apart anyway. No knowing exactly what I wanted, I had Micah have a look, and discovered they were Siberian elms, which are the scourge of the tree world. I decided to have all 24 removed. His estimate was very reasonable, and included grinding. He observed all safety protocols for this kind of work. He left the yard cleaner than when he started. I would use again."

If there are no online reviews, ask them for referrals. If a tree removal company is reputable, you won't be their first client. It's perfectly acceptable to ask for references on your initial call, and if a removal company won't provide referrals, it's time to move on.
