 + -1 moreWhile Jeff and Steve are pleasant enough guys, they seem to be seriously challenged in bidding jobs. We ended up almost 40% over budget, and that was only for half the job, the demo! Then they didn't want to honor revised bid for tile work for shower- so basically wanted a blank check to finish the job, which would have ended up being more than double, and maybe TRIPLE what they originally estimated! I am retired on a fixed income and now am left with no bathroom or commode and was not willing to give them a blank check to finish the job. Either get your estimate in writing and or better yet, hire a licensed professional that will stand by their word.
Description of Work: bathtub removal, new shower install and tile work
