Shower & Tub Specialist

Once Rick saw the shower he told me that it was going to cost $650 to replace the floor of the shower. Then he charged me $65 for a "service call". I understand that he came all the way from Kingman to Fort Mohave (Bullhead), but felt that $65 was too much for a quote, but a service charge was not mentioned before. I'm willing to pay for services rendered, and understand that he is probably good at what he does, and that quotes may change depending on the job at hand (once viewed). However, since no services were rendered and he spent probably about 10 minutes max in my house, I just felt taken. Called him back the same day to try to get my money back or a discount or at least some understanding. There was no understanding so I said I would have to cancel our Tuesday appointment for the time being and get estimates elsewhere. He called later and left a message saying that he would sue me if I tried to cancel my check for $65 (this was never a threat I made). So if you are willing to pay $65 for a quote in the Bullhead area go for it.
