Description of Work: Called them early June and could not schedule appointment period. Emailed them and was told essentially the same by boss. They are swamped by AC |work and ignoring all others...not sure would use when and if they are kind |enough to come out for an estimate for work I would like done NOW.

Description of Work: Replaced furnace and added AC to one property. Added AC to second property. I quoted three local companies and River Valley had the best price by far. Everything was done on time and to specification. Would not hesitate to use again or recommend to friends.

+ -1 moreRiver Valley worked for a month last year trying to fix an air conditioning issue. A year and two weeks later, the part they installed failed and they replaced it under warranty even though the year was up. Can't get any better service than that.
Description of Work: Replaced condenser fan motor on home air conditioning unit.
