Prince Pools of Kingman

Can't find them and they haven't contacted any of their seasonal customers. They were the ONLY pool service in town. Nice going, Dan

The price was more than I expected but they were great. Sometimes they would show up without calling. I called for help over the summer but they never called me back or showed up.

Tech arrived on time. Did a complete inspection of the pool pump and filter system. Ended up needing new filters, in which he replaced. Had a little problem getting the filters in the right sequence, but, over all, I was very happy with there service. The pool had just been re-plastered, and filled with fresh water. So, I, was concerned about the equipment. They were professional, and friendly. I was happy with there work, so much, I have them servicing the pool weekly. A little more expensive, than I, thought it would be, but, it's well worth it!!

We called them to winterized our pool in November, basically remove water from all the lines and add necessary chemicals for the winter. That process went fine, although they came and went without a word or note to let us know they'd been there. When we called them back in the spring to open the pool and make it ready to use, they showed up, did some work on the pool, and left without a word. We went out shortly afterward to check the pool, and it was still filthy. We called the company and spoke with the owner, who was unapologetic and said he'd "talk to the guys". Called us back the next day telling us the pool was fine, the guys did what they were supposed to, and it may take a few weekly cleanings to be actually clean. Well, this is our first year owning a pool, so okay, we'll buy it I guess. They came back the next week, did something to the pool again, left without a word or a note, and the pool was still murky and stinky. At that point we decided this can't be right, so fired them and called the other pool company in town. They came out right away and told us there was NO chlorine in the water and had to make several other chemical adjustments. It looked beautiful and sparkling within hours. We won't be using Prince Pools again.
